Turn kombucha into salad dressing

Did you know that if you have a batch of extra fermented kombucha with an extra sour taste, you can use it as the perfect substitute for many recipes?

One use of kombucha is as a replacement for vinegar.

Here’s a recipe on how to use it in a salad dressing as a substitute for regular vinegar.

2. Add olive oil while whisking until mixture is blended.

3. Serve right away or refrigerate for later
