Kombucha Jello

Are you feeling the heat and in desperate need of something cool and refreshing? We’re in the same boat.

Let’s make Kombucha Jello! Perfect to cool down after a hot summer day.

We’ll have two variations for you. Jello using Gelatin and Vegan Jello using Agar Agar.

Kombucha Jello with fruits inside

Jello with Agar agar

Serves 2-4

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Wild Tea Kombucha

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 ½ teaspoons Agar Agar Flakes or if using Agar Agar Powder, use ¾ teaspoon

  • 2 tbsp raw honey

  • Optional: Diced Fruits (Pear, berries, melons)

Directions

  1. Heat water, Agar Agar, and honey until everything is dissolved

  2. Mix in Wild Tea Kombucha. Make sure to not boil the kombucha in order to preserve it’s healthy benefits

  3. Optional: Add diced fruits

  4. Pour into molds of choice

  5. Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours or until firm.

Jello with Gelatin

Serves 2-4

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Wild Tea Kombucha

  • 1 cup cold water

  • 1 tbsp (1 packet) gelatin

  • 2 tbsp raw honey

  • Optional: Diced Fruits (Pear, berries, melons)

Directions

  1. Activate the gelatin by sprinkling over 1/4 cup of the cold water.

  2. Heat the remaining 3/4 cup of water with honey.

  3. Combine the gelatin mixture with the boiled honey mixture in a large bowl.

  4. Mix in Wild Tea Kombucha

  5. Optional: Add diced fruits

  6. Pour into molds of choice

  7. Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours or until firm.
