We’ve created the Probiotic Kombucha Jel Dessert Cups using Wild Tea Kombucha to give it an extra probiotic boost and flavour zip! Wild Tea Kombucha is naturally fermented and has living cultures and enzymes, as well as a fruity flavour that shines brightly. We’ve used Pineapple Mojito and Sparkling Rosé kombucha in the recipe, however if you’re feeling another flavour, get crazy and literally mix it up!

We wanted to keep this one dairy-free and vegan so we highly suggest topping the cups with a little coconut whipping cream and some fresh cut fruit for an extra touch of healthy indulgence. Yummy!

Probiotic Piña Colada's

Makes 2 Cocktails

Ingredients:

1. Prepare two mixing bowls.

2. In one bowl, add the peach Jel mix and ⅓ cup pineapple kombucha. Stir until well combined. Slowly pour in ⅓ cup boiling water while continuing to stir. The mixture should thicken quickly. Pour into mini mason jars to set.

3. Repeat with the strawberry Jel mix and sparkling rose kombucha.

4. Place in the refrigerator to set for 1-2 hours.

Optional: Top with coconut whipped cream and fresh fruit.
