Kombucha Creations with Naturally Nu
Naturally Nu is a gluten-free blog and Instagram page for foodies featuring nourishing gut healthy recipes and professional food photography services by Jen Shrubsole. Naturally Nu’s mission is to make the gluten-free lifestyle fun and easy with simple and quick nutritious recipes, and to demolish the stigma that gluten-free food isn’t tasty and enjoyable.
Jen is a registered dietitian nutritionist with experience treating and counselling patients and clients in a professional setting. Jen’s love of food stems from a multicultural upbringing, a passion for world travel, and a gluten-free lifestyle.
Kombucha is a staple at Naturally Nu. Jen drinks it for two main reasons: it provides probiotics for a healthy gut, and it tastes great. Jen has a ‘food first’ approach, and recommends getting nutrients like probiotics from food sources like kombucha. But she's the first person to say, ‘It has to taste good!’
