Kombucha Frosé

Have you heard? Our Sparkling Rosé flavour is all the rage lately, and while it is delicious to drink on its own, our favourite way to enjoy this bubbly new brew is blended into a yummy, better-for-you kombucha frosé. This frozen concoction is the ultimate twist on a summer classic (perfect for your next backyard BBQ or virtual date night) – and can be enjoyed equally with or without the alcohol content. We made this recipe with frozen strawberries, however we think it would be equally yummy with frozen peaches, tropical fruits, or even frozen watermelon. Yummy! Happy blending, cheers friends!

Kombucha Frosé

Makes 2 Mocktails or Cocktails

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2-3/4 cup Sparkling Rosé Kombucha (plus extra for the “float”)

  • Optional: 1 bottle sparkling Rosé wine, natural sweetener to taste if desired

Pour the kombucha and frozen berries into your high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and frothy. Begin with 1/2 cup and add more as necessary for desired consistency. Divide the fruit mixture into two glasses. Next, pour 4-6oz of either the sparkling wine, or the Sparkling Rosé Kombucha on top of the fruit mixture. Sip, sip, bliss!
