3 Celebration-Worthy Kombucha Mocktails!

 

Looking for some delicious alcohol-free ways to drink and be merry? We’ve had a lot of fun here at WTK headquarters coming up with some more delicious mocktail recipes featuring Wild Tea Kombucha’s Cocktail-Inspired Kombucha!

Our cocktail-inspired line is perfect for mocktails as the natural acidity, carbonation and slight sweetness add up to a sophisticated flavour profile, especially compared with sugary juices and sodas. These recipes might have ditched the booze, but you don’t miss it at all! Our kombucha is gluten-free, vegan, raw and unpasteurized and you get a probiotic boost with each of these creations too.

Wild Tea Kombucha is naturally fermented and has living cultures and enzymes, plus fruity flavour that shines brightly. We’ve used Pineapple Mojito, Wild Ginger and Hard Lime in these recipes however if you’re feeling another flavour, get crazy and feel free to mix it up!

christmas in hawaii - pineapple kombucha mocktail

ingredients

SERVES 6

2 cups of cubed fresh pineapple

36 oz. Wild Tea Pineapple Mojito Kombucha

6 oz. Ginger mint simple syrup (recipe below)

3 limes - two juiced, one sliced into rounds.

5-6 fresh mint leaves for garnish

Simple syrup ingredients:

3/4 cup water

1 cup fresh peeled ginger, sliced

6-7 sprigs of mint

1 cup sugar

directions

30 mins ahead - make the simple syrup:

1. 30 mins ahead - make the simple syrup: Add sugar, water and ginger into a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

2. Remove from heat, stir in mint leaves and let saucepan sit covered for 15 minutes.

3. Strain into a jar and store in the fridge (will keep for up to two weeks).

4. Fill six glasses with ice.

5. Add several pieces of pineapple to each glass.

6. Divide the lime juice evenly into each glass and add 2 oz. of the ginger lime simple syrup per glass.

7. Sprinkle a few mint leaves into each glass and stir to combine and slightly muddle the mint.

8. Top each glass off with 6 oz. of kombucha.

9. Garnish with a pineapple segment and a lime wheel.

festive kombucha punch mocktail

ingredients

serves 6

12 oz cranberry juice (organic, unsweetened)

12 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice

18 oz. Wild Tea Wild Ginger Kombucha (2-3 cans)

1 8 oz. bag of fresh cranberries

2 oranges sliced into wheels

Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

2 Tbs each cinnamon and sugar, mixed together for rim

Ice

directions

1. Fill a 1.5L pitcher with ice and add cranberries and orange slices as desired.

2. Add cranberry juice, orange juice and kombucha to pitcher and mix well.

3. On a shallow plate, combine cinnamon and sugar for the rim and set aside.

4. Cut an orange wheel in half and run the slice along each glass. Dip each glass into cinnamon sugar to rim.

5. Add an orange wheel and rosemary sprig to each glass for garnish.

6. Fill each glass with punch and enjoy!

holly jolly limeade fizz mocktail

ingredients

serves 6

3 limes total: zest from ½ a lime

Juice from 1½ limes, divided

1 lime cut into rounds for garnish

36 oz. Wild Tea Hard Lime Kombucha (approx. 2.5 cans)

6 oz. lime cordial or lime simple syrup

10-12 sprigs of mint for garnish

Ice

directions

1. Fill six glasses with ice.

2. Add lime juice and 1. oz of cordial/syrup to each glass.

3. Add several sprigs of mint to each glass.

4. Stir to combine and top with kombucha. Gently stir each glass to combine.

5. Garnish each glass with a lime wheel. Enjoy!
