What is kombucha?

Kombucha is a fermented tea made by brewing tea, adding a live culture, and carefully controlling fermentation. This process produces natural carbonation, organic acids, and beneficial compounds that support gut health, while creating the layered, lightly sparkling flavour kombucha is known for.

We choose kombucha because it brings together function and flavour. At Wild Tea, we start with certified organic tea and fresh-pressed juice, then ferment with intention to build balance, clarity, and flavour depth. The result is kombucha that feels refined, refreshing, and genuinely enjoyable to drink — made for social moments, creative days, and everything in between.

More Than Just a Drink

Kombucha has depth by nature — shaped by fermentation and the quality of the ingredients behind it. When you start with organic tea and fresh-pressed juice, bold flavour comes together naturally.

That’s how we build Wild Tea. Clean, balanced, and intentionally made, so every sip feels considered.
