3 Mocktail Recipes Presented by Lumette! and WTK

With the summer heat here to stay, we’ve collaborated with our Canadian pals at Lumette! to create three refreshingly delicious non-alcoholic mocktails. Lumette! creates non-alcoholic distilled spirits - all the versatility of aromatic spirit without the alcohol. We can’t believe how delicious and botanical these zero-proof spirits are! We love pairing our kombucha in a craft mocktail, and if you haven’t tried it yet, we’re giving you three ways to love it! A little frozen G+T on a hot summer day? Yes, please! The botanicals used to craft Lumette!’s Bright Lights and London Dry perfectly complement our kombucha and it’s seriously a match made in heaven! The Mock Paloma

  • 2 oz Lumette! Bright Lights

  • 2 oz freshly squeezed (unsweetened) grapefruit juice

  • 0.5-1 oz simple syrup

  • Wild Tea Kombucha Soda, Orange Pop

  • coarse sea salt, for the rim

  • grapefruit wheel, for garnish

  • ice 

  1. Moisten the rim of the glass using a grapefruit wedge and dip into the coarse sea salt.

  2. Add Lumette, grapefruit juice and simple syrup into the rocks glass. Stir and top up the glass with ice. Top with the kombucha and garnish with grapefruit wedge.

 

Spicy Pineapple Sipper

  • 2 oz Lumette! Bright Lights

  • 2 oz Wild Tea Kombucha, Pineapple Mojito

  • 1-2 fresh jalapeno slices

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

  • juice of 1/2 fresh lime

  • sparkling water

  • lime wheel, for garnish

  • ice

In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine Lumette, kombucha, simple syrup, and lime. Shake approx. 10 times (more shaking = more heat). Pour the mixture into a Collins glass, top with sparkling water, and garnish with lime wheel.

Frozen Mock G + T

  • ¼ cup cucumber (peeled)

  • 2 oz Lumette! London Dry

  • 2 oz Wild Tea Kombucha, Hard Lime

  • juice of ½ fresh lime

  • 4 oz tonic water

  • 1 oz simple syrup

  • 1 large handful of ice

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a reusable straw and a lime wheel.
