Bomb Beet-tini

Did you know that Bomb Beet was once a feature flavour we lovingly called, “detox before you retox”? We first launched it as an on tap flavour that was available in January. It was our answer to the over-indulging holiday months (and you bet we love sneaking a few extra shortbreads & eggnogs).

Our Bomb Beet flavour is a delicate balance between sweet, savory and sour. It has earthy beet, ginger and turmeric juice, with tart lemon and a kiss of Himalayan sea salt. This flavour is high in vitamin c and also essential minerals so it’s perfect for that post-workout vibe or as a hangover cure.

We love this cocktail as a way to transition to fall’s yummy flavours. It’s super simple to make, and if you’re going to enjoy a cocktail, you may as well show your bod a little bit of love at the same time, right?!

Bomb Beet-tini

Makes 1 drink


  • 2 oz Bomb Beet Kombucha

  • 1.5 oz Eau Claire Distillery Four Points Vodka

  • 0.25 oz maple syrup or simple syrup (optional)

  • 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker cup with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.
