Tropical Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Recipe

Beyond Pineapple’s dreamy, tropical flavour, it’s also packed with amazing health benefits. Pineapple is loaded with Vitamin C, and Maganese, they’re rich in anti-oxidants and digestive enzymes, and are an excellent anti-imflammatory aid. Are you crushing on pineapple as much as we are?

This tropical smoothie is overfilling with delicious, good-for-you, fresh ingredients. It’s perfect for your post-workout recovery, and has all the tropical, beach vacation vibes.

Tropical Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Makes 1 smoothie


  • 1/2 fresh or frozen banana

  • 1/2 medium carrot, peeled and roughly chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 inch nub of peeled fresh ginger

  • Sweetener of choice to taste (we suggest 1/2 tbs. maple syrup)

  • 1/4 tsp. powdered turmeric

  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Mojito kombucha

  • Small handful of ice

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
