Say hello to spring with 4 ingredient kombucha sorbet.

“No matter how long the winter is, spring is sure to follow”. True, but winter felt long AF this year, am I right?!. We couldn’t be more excited about springs arrival! Celebrate with this fresh, fruity, dairy-free and added sugar-free kombucha sorbet. There are only 4 ingredients, and it only takes 5 minutes to make.

4 Ingredient Kombucha Sorbet

Makes 4 Servings


  • 2 1/2 cups frozen sliced strawberries

  • 1 cup Hard Lime Kombucha

    • OR, to make it boozy use 1/2 cup kombucha, 1/2 cup Rose wine

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime zest

Combine frozen strawberries and kombucha in a high speed blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth, add more kombucha if needed for desired consistency. Pour out mixture into glass container. Sprinkle lime zest on the top of the sorbet for extra color and lime zing! Enjoy immediately or transfer to the freezer. Defrost for 15-20 minutes before eating if taking out of the freezer.
